I’m honored to have worked in healthcare, higher education, and technology sectors, within decades-old institutions, early-stage startups, agencies, CROs, and universities — all of which have challenged my knowledge and advanced my experience.

From such a varied background, the common thread in my professional life is commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence. Grandma always said, “Leave things better than you found them,” and I’m not going to let Grandma down. Beyond just delivering (in scope and on time), I love rooting out inefficiencies, discovering bottlenecks, and optimizing processes so that things aren’t just better, they are awesome.

Projects with well-defined scope, timeline, and budget? Great! Projects with unclear or changing requirements, nebulous timelines, and no defined budgets? Even better! Projects that you haven’t even thought of yet; you just know that your business is “missing something?” I live for those projects.

Outside of work, I try to balance my Type-A, overachiever hobbies (running, learning languages, volunteering, doing math for fun) with calmer hobbies like playing with my dogs, reading, and cooking.
